Good food and service. Reasonable price. Not a fancy restaurant, but friendly and casual.
The food from here was really good. My first time trying it from here. The catfish was excellent, and the shrimp were good. The fries were decent. One thing I found really odd though was that the shrimp weren't all the same -- 2 still had tails on, and 2 had tails off. When I took the tails off the two that still had them on, the shrimp weren't de-veined, and full of waste matter. Gross! At $1.25 each, you would come to expect them to be. I don't usually do sauces at places, but since it was my first time trying this place I tried the white sauce that came with the meal - it had almost no flavor to it; completely bland. The other sauce (red) was your standard cocktail sauce they always give with shrimp. The fish was really delicious. The fish was breaded well, seasoned well, and really flaky. I loved it.
This place was cozy. I went to try their crab cakes with my family, who wanted to try and never tried them. The food we had was excellent. I have no complaints. The owner or chef I think gave us an extra order of hush puppies because it was going to take them a long time to prepare the crab cakes--they had to make them to order because they had run out of pre-prepared. So, I mean this was great because their hush puppies were DELICIOUS. I mean I'd go back just for the hush puppies. Their crab cakes were great. The service was kinda slow, I had to ask for our drinks a second time. But honestly, they were so nice. If it was busy maybe the servers need more training. I plan to return to try other things on their menu.
The customer service I had was great. Nate went above and beyond for us. The food is fresh and juicy. They just need to advertise more of their new menu now I want to go back for all you can eat.
Our server Aleful was amazing. He was very attentive. The vibe was good. There is a small bar. They are trying to start up karaoke but not sure when. The food was so delicious and juicy. We got two different types of boil bags. Mine had snow crab legs and shrimp. So yummy! I just love sopping up the juice with my potato. I would come back again for sure.
This place was absolutely awesome. The customer service was amazing and all of the food was fresh and delicious. It was definitely worth the trip and i will definitely be back . Also the place has a real relaxed atmosphere it's cool I liked it.
The food is tasty and comes out hot and relatively quickly. The service is good and the wait staff does come around and check on you often but not to the point of disruption. The atmosphere is a sea vibe but also has the largest TV ever! Also plenty of TV's around the bar and in the restaurant itself usually tuned into some type of sports which is cool. The dining room is rather large and has an upstairs space as well as outside dining. Overall a nice place for a casual seafood dining experience. I absolutely love the crab boil bags here and the hush puppies are delicious!
